You have to pursue one criminal in each mission. The criminal will be pointed out by a red arrow, so you can make him out from the rest of vehicles on the road. To arrest him, you have to move your car along side the criminal's one and hit it. Usually, a minimum contact with the car will be sufficient to arrest the criminal, unless they are the hard-core criminals like the “street gangs” or the “international criminals”, which will offer major resistance and you will have to hit their car several times. However, you will be rewarded with a higher score.

To facilitate the selection of the most appropriate car for the mission ahead, a brief description of the mission you have to face, and the criminal's car model will appear in the car's selection menu.
